HAUSCUT JOURNEY

Every construction begins with a reference.

An image saved on your phone.

A cabin seen during a trip.

A tiny house found online.

An idea to generate income through hospitality.

The HausCut Journey turns references, needs and goals into construction solutions ready for fabrication and deployment.

WHAT IS THE HAUSCUT JOURNEY

The method that organizes the transformation of an idea into an executable construction.

The HausCut Journey is the structured process used to turn references, intentions and objectives into executable construction solutions based on the WikiHouse Skylark system.

It is not a traditional architectural design service, nor the hiring of a construction company. It is a method that connects the initial inspiration to fabrication planning and to deployment preparation.

References show what you want to build. The HausCut Journey defines how that becomes possible.

HOW THE JOURNEY WORKS

Seven stages that connect the reference to execution.

01

REFERENCE

An image, a cabin seen on a trip, a project found online. The starting point of the journey.

02

OBJECTIVES

Understanding the intended use, context, site, budget and the client's goals.

03

DEFINITION

Direction of the construction solution from the possibilities of the WikiHouse Skylark system.

04

STRUCTURE

Structural configuration based on the modular logic of the system, adapted to the Brazilian context.

05

ENVELOPE

Definition of the outer layers: enclosures, cladding, openings and construction performance.

06

FABRICATION

Generation of CNC files, bill of materials and digital fabrication planning.

07

DEPLOYMENT

Complete preparation for on-site assembly together with partner installation teams.

CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM

The system behind the Journey.

The HausCut Journey is based on the WikiHouse Skylark construction system.

Unlike conventional construction, the system uses modular structural components designed for digital CNC fabrication and organized on-site assembly.

HausCut works on the configuration, adaptation, documentation and preparation of these solutions for the Brazilian context.

STRUCTURAL FLOOR MODULES
BLOCK 01

STRUCTURAL FLOOR MODULES

Floor modules form the base of the construction and are available in different spans to meet various project needs.

  • XXXS2.40 m
  • XXS3.00 m
  • XS3.60 m
  • S4.20 m
MODULAR WALL MODULES
BLOCK 02

MODULAR WALL MODULES

Wall modules have a standard width of 600 mm and different heights to support a variety of architectural configurations.

  • S2.10 m
  • M2.40 m
  • L2.70 m
  • XL3.00 m

All components follow a modular logic based on 600 mm modules.

ROOF MODULES
BLOCK 03

ROOF MODULES

The system has specific components for different roof configurations.

  • PITCHED42°
  • FLAT
Modular doors
Modular windows
BLOCK 04

DOORS AND WINDOWS

The openings follow the same modular logic of the system, allowing different configurations without losing structural compatibility.

BLOCK 05

RESULT

A complete construction system.

The structural components of the WikiHouse Skylark system can be combined to form different construction configurations.

Floors, walls, roofs and openings work together to create the structural chassis of the building, serving as the base for the subsequent stages of enclosure, finishes, installations and deployment.

IMPORTANT

HausCut does not manufacture components and does not perform construction work.

Our role is to assist clients, architects, manufacturers and installation teams in understanding, configuring, documenting and applying the WikiHouse Skylark system in their projects.

DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE

HAUSCUT ENGINE

The HausCut Engine is the digital infrastructure that supports the HausCut Journey. It organizes information, connects participants and supports development, documentation and preparation for fabrication.

The Engine is not the main product — it is what makes the journey repeatable, clear and organized.

  • Centralization of technical documentation
  • Coordination between participants
  • Support for fabrication planning
  • Organized preparation for deployment

Shall we turn your reference into an executable construction solution?

Start the HausCut Journey and discover how the WikiHouse Skylark system can shape your next project.

You don't need to arrive with a finished project. A reference, a need or an idea is already enough to begin the HausCut Journey.
