HausCut works with projects developed from the WikiHouse Skylark system.
WikiHouse is an open source construction system designed for digital fabrication and organized assembly, allowing structural components to be produced on CNC machines and assembled on site.
HausCut adapts this technology to local materials, suppliers, processes and construction conditions, turning the system into a viable solution for cabins, tiny houses, country homes and other modular timber buildings.
More than using the technology, our role is to make it applicable to the real context where it's deployed.

HausCut was born from studying and adapting the WikiHouse Skylark system to local context.
Along the way we realized that the biggest challenge isn't only the construction technology, but the distance between a good idea and a building that actually gets built.
That's why we chose to specialize deeply in a single construction system, helping people and companies move forward with more clarity, predictability and organization.
